BROOKLYN is back in the building model/rapper glamour gurl- pearl...
we went a different direction from our last shoot...







in this shoot i wanted to try something a little different with glam, knowing her for a while i have never seen her in a blond hair, so based on her skin complexion i knew it will match perfect...






so i took my self to the hair store to purchase this blonde wig you see her in....nowadays i find my self out shopping for outfits for a female model to use... because if i leave it up to the model to bring an outfit it usually always works against my idea...





posing glam with my imagination i wanted to express that shes a female MC and not just a model, so with the microphone, rock star like fashion, chaing hanging on her side pocket... i told her to rap to me with her hands and feet up, capturing her from different hangles....





I alao wanted to have a open mic feel to the pictures, instead of a plain white wall i created very strong shadows behind her.. changing my lights to capture this...

hes name is tito serra... he is a body builder from puerto rico... this kid is only 19 years old.... big kid huh??






I met tito here at my gym in jersey.. i always see him exercise lifting everything heavy in the gym... i would have never thought he was that young... hes first words to me were yo wats good my name is tito whats your name?? i said oh umm mike lol....



He says to me guess how old i am.. i said umm you're 25.. naa i am only 19....



i have never shot a model as muscular as him so i immediatly thought to myself photoshoot... i knew he would be interested before i even asked him... especially on hes facebook page, he seemed very photogenic...



Now this photos of him in the ripped shirts... i wanted to express hes muscularity.. it was a last minute idea.. i didn't want to just shoot him in under armour gear, since i shoot everyone else in the same style of gear...

so i took one of my brand new V-NECK t-shirts and hand made the holes... i wrapped my scarfs around hes head.. and the white wraps in hes hands were the left overs from the ripped shirt he has on...



great guy... very fun to be around especially in the gym.... has my personality, he is always wanting and willing to help anyone in need..

i was introduced to model ryann her first day in nyc, moving here from tennessee for the month, my bookers at mmg ben & simonna wanted me to test her for her book... i loved her natural beauty so i was really interested in shooting her....



with the blue backgrounds i wanted to shoot something a little different from what i am used to... so i asked her to bring a blue bikini matching her shoes...






With the black and white pics... i wanted to espress the high fashion look... staying away from her weakness as a model.. i wanted to capture her strong points...





since i honnestly don't read or look at magazines much, i usually would use my imagination to pose a model... especially a female model... she thought it was really funny when i was trying to show her how to pose lol...
i am not your typical average looking photographer.. so me showing a female out to be femenem and sexy is very unusual...







I usually make sure i get the best of each model i shoot... everyone has a unique or exatic beauty that seperates them from someone else... my goal as a photographer is to find that...
