I didnt think i would like this pics when i shot them, but i ended up posting them on my blog, although i was half way sleep when we did this shoot lol My sis is an amazing model, she has soo many different personalities in front of the camera, its sooo easy shooting her because i neva really have to give her directions.. Ryann is the most persistant model i have shot so far, my friends always ask me why do i have her on my blog more than any other models, It is because of her consistancy in staying active, she stays on top of me about shooting her whenever she is around, she shows up to every shoot i schedule with her and always ready to work... Ryann stands at 5'11 her amazing look expands her as a High fashion, commercial, lingrie, fitness model, she can be very versatile as a model, Theres no limitation on how far she can go in the modeling business and in life alone. KAWAMA ADAMS

43 YEARS OLD KAWAMA ADAMS I met kawama about a year ago, he told me he was interested in doin a shoot, i asked him how old he was at the time, he says to me guess my age, i said you're probably about 34/35 years old, he says no i am 42 years old (wow)... Kawama has never had any experience infront of the camera as a model, but he was a natural, as i began shooting with him, i started to notice hes weak and hes strong points... With hes great modeling features especially for hes age, i would have to remind him every now and then to use hes eyes and make a connection with the camera.. posing a male model is alot harder than posing a female model, because most male models are very stiff and they ususally would just stand their, female models are more flexible and can position them selfes according to what ever directions you give... so i thought him few tricks on how to flex each and every muscle on the body, while posing and keeping a soft relaxed expressions on the face... kawama was great to work with, followed directions very well... model kawama adams photography by fly boy city mike mizzle

Booker Ben at mmg contacted me and asked me to shoot model elisa, he said she was very slim, she stands at 5'10, great personality, very easy to work with..... so i said ok



He also told me him and booker simmona saw her at a club dancing, so they saw that she had soo much potential...



When i saw pics of elisa for the first time i immediatly noticed that she was very photogenic, so i knew photographing her would be fun and easy...








I didn't have to pose elisa much, she's definatly a pro, she knew exacly how to position her self, on every angle making my job so easy..





With the black backgrounds i realize it naturally brings out the colors on a models outfit and skin tones..





Every time i shoot a model, i always tend to learn new tricks, especially from making several mistakes. photography is not easy, and its also isn't a rocket science either, i am just really good at figuring things out on my own..

When i saw pics of lizzie for the fisrt time, I immediatly noticed that she has an interesting look, her previous pics were very high fashion and good girl like so i wanted to take her away from that a little bit by expressing her sexy side....




With my style of photography i look for ways to capture a models best features, even if i have to snap a thousand frames, i have to get a good shot.. shooting with lizzie, was a great experience because i didn't have to struggle for a good shot, she knew exacly what to do especially with her poses...







for her outfits, i took myself to a clothing store withouth knowing her exact measurements, i used my imagination, hoping they would fit her...
the wings she has on her back i bought at a costume store, originally my plan was not to shoot lizzie in it, but she was right there and then and she looked great so why not...





lizzie loch has an amazing personality, she's very tallented, very humble and very easy to work with... along side with a great make up artist omary gonell, it was definatly a teams effort so i give them both credits...

I contacted my booker BEN @MMG NYC for model maggie because i wanted to shoot a model from a different ethnic group compared to what i was used to shooting.
When i saw maggies pics for the first time before i met her in person i was immediatley interested in working with her, i noticed her Korean unique features, i wasnt sure how i was going to shoot her but i kust knew i wanted to.
Maggie was great to work with, her easy goin personality made my job very easy as a photographer, i enjoyed working with her.

2011 was the year i decided to take my photography to a whole different level, not knowing what to expect coming into the photography business as a model/ photographer, i knew i would suprise alot of people because i was never interested in becoming a serious photographer, it was always an hobby of mine.





i have always been a creative person, filled with ideas so shooting this different models has allowed me to be able bring my visions to life, i i'm able to express myself, through photography.






when i started this i was really amazed with my fast improvement, especially been that this was all self thought, as a model when i would bring ideas to a photographer, they would steal my ideas and use on a different model, so i thought to myself maybe i should buy myself a camera and start shooting my own ideas..






My main goal as a model/ photographer has always been to promote and lunch my clothing brand FLY BOY CITY, its is the main reason why i was involved in the modeling industry, it was the best decisions i have ever made.



Since this was all self thought, When i started photogarphy, i would use my sister for practice, she didn't realize how serious i was untill she start to notice how much time, effort and hours i would put into researching, studying and retouctching models... im a very fast learner so i knew i would advance beyond anyones expectations....

Now this goes out to most photographers who like to brag on how many years of experience they have in photographer and their work still looks like they've only been doin it for few months...

life is short, it is not how long you have been doing it for but it is how much you have accomplished for the time been...

i i'm very excited to see what 2012 will bring to the table for me and FLY BOY CITY photography...
